Educational Talent Search Program (ETS)

Eligibility
 
To become a participant of the Educational Talent Search Program the student must meet the following requirements:
 
  • First Generation College Student. First generation college students are defined as those whose parents or legal guardians have not completed a Bachelor's degree.
  • Low Income. Each year, the U.S. Department of Education publishes guidelines which define low income based on family size.
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette Educational Talent Search Program is only available to individuals residing in the following regions of Louisiana:
 
  • Acadia
  • Evangeline
  • Iberia
  • Jefferson Davis
  • Lafayette
  • St. Landry
  • St. Martin
  • St. Mary
  • Vermillion
