| |
Applications for the Veterans Upward Bound program are accepted any time during the year. Veterans interested in the program should complete the formal application form (pdf) and submit it along with the following documents:
- DD214 listing character of service and time in service
- Federal income tax form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ (statement of income if income tax was not filed)
- High school diploma or copy of GED Certificate
